2. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Because we care about the planet and reduce waste, every single shirt is custom-printed just for you the moment you place an order.

- Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for our printing partners to craft, quality-check, and pack your bear shirt.
- Shipping Time: Once your order leaves the facility, standard delivery within the United States usually takes an additional 3 to 6 business days.
In total, you can expect your package to arrive at your door within 5 to 11 business days from the date of your purchase.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your shirt is printed and handed over to the delivery carrier (such as USPS), we will automatically email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's network.

Because our automated print system sends orders to production quickly, we are usually unable to make address changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
