Because our shirts are custom printed just for you, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your bear shirt is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To request a free replacement for a damaged or defective item, simply send a photo of the issue along with your proof of purchase to unclesmithinc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once verified, we will ship you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge. You do not need to mail anything back to us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for an EU return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
